Snow & Ice Removal in York County
Reliable Plowing & Ice Management
in Kennebunk and Southern Maine
Maine winters are not optional, but being unprepared for them is. Billy Goat Landscaping provides dependable snow plowing and ice management so your driveway, parking lot, and walkways stay accessible when the storms roll through.
We take on a limited number of seasonal contracts each year, which means the clients we work with get consistent service from the same crew, not a rotating group of whoever is available. If you want to lock in reliable service before the season starts, reach out early.

Residential Snow Plowing
We plow driveways and clear walkways for homeowners throughout the Kennebunks and Wells. Seasonal and per-storm contract options are available depending on your preference and property.
Includes:
- Driveway plowing after each qualifying storm
- Walkway and entry clearing
- Turnaround clearing where applicable
- Ice sand or salt application (add-on service)
Commercial Snow Plowing
We service parking lots, access roads, and commercial entryways with the equipment and availability to handle larger properties. Seasonal contracts provide predictable pricing and guaranteed priority service.
Includes:
- Parking lot plowing and stacking
- Access road and entrance clearing
- Sidewalk clearing
- De-icing and ice management
- Detailed service logs available upon request

Snow Relocation
When snow stacks up against buildings, blocks sight lines, or eats into usable parking, relocation is the answer. We use loader equipment to move accumulated snow to a designated area on your property or haul it off-site entirely when space is not available.
Snow relocation is the right call when:
- Plow banks are encroaching on parking or access areas
- Snow stacked against the building is creating ice dam or drainage issues
- Sight lines at entrances or exits have become a safety concern
- You are managing a commercial property that needs to stay fully operational through a heavy winter
Ice Management
Snow is predictable. Ice is dangerous. We apply sand and salt as conditions require, during storms, post-storm, and during freeze-thaw events that create black ice on cleared surfaces.
Ice management can be added to any snow plowing contract or arranged as a standalone service.

Seasonal Contracts
Per-storm pricing works for some. But if you’ve ever been caught off-guard by an unexpected storm or had a plow crew cancel last minute, you know the value of having a locked-in agreement before the season starts.
Our seasonal contracts provide:
- Priority scheduling for contracted clients
- Consistent crew, same people, same property, every storm
- Predictable cost regardless of storm frequency
- No scrambling to find service mid-January
We fill our seasonal route early. If you want to get on the schedule for next winter, reach out before fall.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer seasonal contracts or per-storm pricing? Both. Seasonal contracts get you priority service and predictable pricing. Per-storm pricing works for some but availability is not guaranteed when everyone needs service at once.
When do you start taking on new snow removal clients? Fall. We fill our route before winter starts. If you wait until the first storm, there is a good chance we are already full.
What triggers a plow visit? We plow at two inches of accumulation or more. Ice events are handled separately based on conditions. Your contract spells it out so there are no surprises.
Do you handle both residential and commercial properties? Yes. Driveways and walkways for homeowners, parking lots and access roads for commercial. Larger properties are quoted based on size and scope.
What happens if a storm hits overnight? We are out before most people wake up. The goal is contracted properties cleared before the morning commute.
Do you apply sand or salt? Yes. Ice management is available as an add-on to any plowing contract, applied based on conditions.
What areas do you service for snow removal? Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Wells, and surrounding Southern Maine communities. Reach out if you are not sure whether you are in our area.
